Safety Planning for Families
The Autism Resource Network and Autism Alliance of Michigan (AAoM) is hosting the national author and autism advocate, Dennis Debbaudt to provide training to parents, educators, and autism professionals on the best tools and options to “preparing for an emergency with autism”. Partnering with law enforcement and first response agencies are key elements of a community supporting persons with autism and Dennis has authored over 30 articles, reports and books on how to have good outcomes when interacting with persons with autism.
